"Decent hotel close to airport. Room was big especially compared to the typical Japanese hotel. We stayed in west wing which is newer. It was nice that there was a Family Mart connected to the lobby. Bus service was excellent. Easy to find the pick up location. Bus was on time and it literally took less than 5 minutes to get to Terminal from the hotel. If you have an early morning flight from Narita, this is a good place to stay."

We received exceptional customer service from the front desk team, with a special mention to Mr. Shusei Ando, who made our check-in process smooth and efficient. As it was our family’s first time visiting Sawara, we were eager to try a local Japanese restaurant for dinner. Mr. Ando’s recommendation was the perfect choice and a wonderful way to end our day. And the buffet breakfast the following day was a great way to fuel up before heading out on our long road trip."
