"A receptionist at the front desk was so kind. He generously offered me free upgrade. A view from my room was amazing with twin tower just in front of , nothing in the way!!! Room features need a new carpet , smart tv , grout in the bathroom needs to be cleaned as it was dirty. Shower glass needed extended as the water flows in the carpet. One of the room attendant female staff was very snobbish and very grumpy. The food quality needs to be improved not very tasty. "
