"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay."

"Location was great just 1 block from the beach, easy walk. It was cold when we went so the pool wasn't used. The beds were comfy BUT there was dog hair all over the couch. We had to ask for a blanket to cover it so we could sit down surprisingly they never offered to clean or change our room. Other than that it was nice."

"We had a partial view and we were able to see the ocean. It was a nice room l, small but fine for us. The breakfast didn't have many options. The pool looked clean although it was too cold to get in! Also, it's not in the fine print but if you booked after Nov 3, 2025, you will be charged a $15/day parking fee. "

"The room was sufficiently large and clean as was the bathroom. There is an elevator for rooms on the second floor. The staff was helpful. The bar scene was fun. There is a happy hour every day from four to six and there is outside seating nearby. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Easy walks to good restaurants and the bay front. Also good free parking."

"The entire place seems neglected. It’s a very old hotel. That would be very cool if it were kept up. It’s not clean. It’s not updated. There’s one manager, Julie, who is very responsive. But on her days off my laundry, sat outside my door for three days along with garbage. There was a coffee pot available to us, but no cups breakfast is included. It is OK, but it is the same every day. The hotel is right next to a music venue so it is very loud until 11 PM on weekends. Definitely would not stay there again. The location is great, but that is about the only thing that is. "
