I LOVED this hotel! It’s beautiful & peaceful boutique retreat in the center of Old Port but wonderfully tucked away down a small pedestrian alley providing a peaceful environment with all the convenience. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly at both the front desk and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was fantastic…not to be missed! I stayed in room 102 which was a bit nicer lay out than my friends room who was in 101

We had a great stay at SanSal Boutique Hotel! The location was amazing—very convenient for exploring Chania and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and harbor. The staff was excellent, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also really great with a nice selection each morning. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a perfect base for our trip to Crete. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Staff is incredible, friendly and beyond helpful in navigating anything that may arise during your stay. Property is located within walking distance of anything you’d want to see or do with this area of the island.

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. There were times where the kids overtook the pool, which without having kids, didn't make for the most relaxing time. Still a great stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!"
