"The room was beautifully clean and well maintained. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were a bit disappointed in the menu choices and were amongst many people asking the staff if the heating could be turned up because it was very cold. Responses from staff that we could hear varied from " I've asked for it to be turned up" to "Its got nothing to do with the restaurant" to " It will take at least an hour to get warmer". Hmm. We retreated quickly to our room."

"Location was good. Very convenient to walk to Victoria market within 10 mins. Supermarkets and decent food chains were also nearby. However, checking in was bad as my flight arrived in the late evening after the regular office hours. I was left outside with my luggage in the rain even though there were staff at the reception who saw me waving outside the password-guarded glass doors. I was only let in by a guest who was also staying at the hotel."
