I was excited to stay here. Half the rooms have view of parking lot, was asked to change, did not get a friendly response. Chair in room as dirty, couldn't get wifi to work. With the poor customer service I decided I didn't want to stay 2 night. Manager say call Hotels.com. I did and they were so helpful. Spent one hour on the phone. The manager on duty declined my cancelation! Had to go down and argue and hotels.com stayed on the line the whole time. This place isn't cheap and am willing to pay for a good room but the Manager was so terrible. Left early and went to a much better hotel like 5 mins away. Would not recommend to stay here, super overated.
