Poor environmental hygiene and unfriendly services provided by the female staff:
1) Towel of the precedent was displaced on the corridor to ny room. Nobody did any warship in the pantry and bathroom.
2) I had requested for the login and password of the WiFi for several times but the unhelpful female staff in the reception of the office insisted to offer any assistance. Then I asked her if there was any pillow case provided. The female staff replied that pillow case should be bought but is was out of her working hours. Then why was she still in the office?
On the second day, I asked the same staff for the login and password for WiFi . After making several requests, she then got one piece of paper slip from the basket consisting piles of prepared slips. Then I understood that everything was ready for distribution but only the staff refused to offer any assistance.
What kind of service did she offer me in an university! Really very disappointed.
