This modern 3 bedroom home is perfect for families who want to stay close to a beach and with some great views over the ocean. Located in Mount Pleasant, it is an ideal spot for people who would want to have a beach nearby. A 30 minute drive from Christchurch Airport, and a 5 minutes drive from Sumner beach where you can go for a relaxing walk and checkout the retail shops and cafes near the beach.

The home has 3 bedrooms with Bedroom 1 and 3 containing King sized beds and Bedroom 2 containing a twin sized bed, 2 bathrooms that each have a shower, sink and toilet. There is a washing machine and a dryer for guest use and a open living area with a dining table and TV. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to enjoy outdoor dining or just relax and soak up the sun and views.

St Andrews Hill is situated in the Mount Pleasant area with lots of parks and stunning sea views parks nearby include; King park, Scott park and Indies park, there are a lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and if you don't have a car the nearest bus stop is a 1 minute walk.
