"Lila, Viola, Zsofi and another young lady that was there when I returned from the club at 5:30am and watched me leave again a little before 7 for the thermal baths, were absolutely wonderful! They helped me greet in Hungarian and helped me with any questions and information that I may have had. This hotel has a 5 star staff! The hotel is also in a great location. It’s located on the Buda side, right by the castle and within feet from the Chain Bridge. My only recommendation to the hotel owners would be to get rid of the carpeting in the rooms. There was a bit of a musty odor that I noticed in the room. Aside from that, I would have given this establishment an overall 5 star rating."
