"Bad lighting, no enough outlets, rooms need updating"

"This is a beautiful cabin in an amazing forest area. Quiet getaway. Close to the Arizona Trail. Our dogs had a blast with all the new smells and our hike on a portion of the highline trail. Great host family. 16 moles from Payson, last few up a graveled dirt road, so expect your car to get dirty. Overall, a great stay for us."

"The room has great potential but could use some maintenance. The window curtain sheers were old and torn. The sheets had some stains. The hot water ran out midway through a short shower. Found a huge brown bug crawling on the floor in the bathroom one night. Complimentary breakfast was ok if you get there right when it starts. Midway through, it was lacking in choices and cold. Make-your-own waffles were good though. The office staff was very courteous and professional at check-in and check-out."

"Like staying at a friends, the cabin is comfortable and welcoming. Very well stocked, we brought everything from coffee to toilet paper just in case and they had everything and then some. A wonderful experience"

"Nice views, Room and amenities are clean but needs improvement on facilities, had to turn off ac too Much noise then stopped working, no need AC fir the night. Breakfast is warm and good"
