This hotel is very clean, modern, and family-friendly. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was beautiful with amazing mountain views. Our family especially enjoyed the superhero character activity at the hotel. The water park was fantastic we loved the lazy river, the slides, and watching movies at the wave pool. It was the perfect way to enjoy the last days of summer! We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend this hotel for a fun family getaway.

We had an amazing stay at Gaylord Pacific Resort! From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their outstanding customer service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The resort has so many activities for kids, which kept our family entertained throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the water park, it was absolutely amazing! The slides, lazy river, pools, and splash areas provided hours of fun for both kids and adults. Overall, this is the perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing vacation with exceptional service!

Don't stay anywhere else if in the San Diego area! The BEST hotel ever. I loved it so much, I am booking it again right now! The staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, clean and well kept, the service at every location within the property was excellent. The only downfall I would have to comment on is that he parking structure is quite far from the main lobby and room elevators. Be prepared to walk quite a distance. But overall, Gaylord hotels are a MUST!

Super cool resort. Had fun at the 4 pools + Jacuzzi. Pool food was good too and delivered right to your chair. They have a shuttle that takes you to 3rd Street/downtown and now there is a ferry that takes you to the gas lamp! Would stay here again!

Family friendly!! The pool was amazing!! wave pool, lazy pool 2 other pools, 2 slides, kids play area. Free e bike rental for 2 hours. Everything was great! Except as a EV (Tesla) driver, they only allow the EV charging through valet option, which is $65 plus $10 for EV charging. They should have EV charging for self parking as well. I would have given 5 stars, but the EV charging was a hassle. I needed to drive out to use the supercharger. Hope the resort change this policy so EV driver can simply park and charge overnight.
