Rooms were a little dirty. The first room we were given smelled horrible but thankfully the next room was good. The hot tub was broken and was not warm at all. We had to fight with staff to get extra towels. The location around wasnt the greatest but it wasnt horrible. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No coffee machines in the rooms

the sound resonates heavily when people are walking in the hallway. It kept me up all night. Not sure how that can be fixed. Maybe adding caepet to the hallways?

The man at the desk that checked me in was awesome. He was able to accommodate my wife not being able to walk long distances and he set us up with a great room location for our needs. We were there for family emergency and they he had very kind words and condolences
