"We stayed at Hotel Mena for an extended winter visit in San Miguel de Allende and it was a wonderful home base. The hotel has charming boutique character and a relaxed, intimate atmosphere that made it feel personal rather than commercial. The heated pool was a highlight — incredibly restorative after long days walking the cobblestone streets. It became part of our daily rhythm and truly elevated the stay. The location is excellent and very walkable, making it easy to explore the city and return to a comfortable, welcoming space. The staff were gracious and welcoming, including to our small dog, which we deeply appreciated. A lovely boutique option with character and warmth. We would happily return."
