"Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. "Nice boutique hotel within walking distance of the town square and waterfront. Easy check in, LOTS of friendly, helpful advice about the area and a great restaurant Il Faro where the pizza and Italian dishes (spaghetti carbonara!!) are fabulous. "

"This is a great 5 star hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool areas.

"This property is one of four hotels that share the same grounds. For us that added to the meal, facility, and leisure options. In addition, it’s adjacent to both the seafront and a national park, and is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the centre of Rovinj. "
"This was our third stay at the hotel in as many years, and overall, it was another great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming as always, and the location remains ideal. The only letdown this time was the breakfast – the selection felt very limited compared to previous visits. Still, we truly enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back again."

Cleaner changed towels etc 2 days in of 4, very nice, and immediately brought us beach towels, when requested.
We didn’t cook at all, but there was sufficient facilities to do basic meals. No microwave, no toaster, but 2 rings.
Bathroom has no window, and is quite small and basic, but it had a ventilation fan.
The position of the apartment is such that you wouldn’t mind these smaller things, it is quite perfect.
