"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."

"We had three rooms booked for a party of 6. The bathroom in one of the room was smelly and remained so even after the staff did some cleaning there. Most of the towels had a mildewy smell. I'd say about half the towels. Finally, the drain in the shower does not keep up with the tap. As you shower the soapy water starts to pool at your feet. Post shower you need to quickly wash your feet again. When I complained about this, they sent an electrician to fix it who said that is just how the...

"Fantastic buffet breakfast and dinner. Very comfortable luxe hotel, good location, valet parking, everything you need. Room are very large and bed is comfortable. Id come back if i were in kochi again."
