"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."

"This was undoubtedly the best place we've stayed in Kerala. A quaint 17th century colonial house converted into a boutique hotel and very well maintained. Spacious bedroom with all the amenities. Check in and check out was very smooth thanks to the ladies Nimisha and Shabana. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely secluded swimming pool. One can have breakfast next to it.
