"We stayed in a lovely quiet room (La Traviata) which was beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and firm and they gave us complementary bottles of water. The bathrobes were a nice touch as it is quite chilly in Bogota. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Richard was extremely helpful from checkin onwards and made us fantastic coffee, freshly squeezed juice, french toast and fruit plates for breakfast. "Local staff were very helpful and friendly. Free bike to borrow on Sunday to take part in the cicolovia. Nice, varied (though a little small in terms of portion size) breakfasts, and being able to eat on the rooftop patio was a bonus. There was a live DJ on Friday, which was cool. Beers were cheap. Cool design to the building. I was in a private single room and it met all of my needs for a good price. Great location - easy to walk places and taxis pass by right in front. I would definitely stay...

Pillows were on the very light and fluffy side. Beatriz was the host and she was friendly and helpful. The place has lots of plants and decor. Different vibe than large corporate chains. You'll need WhatsApp to communicate coming and going due to the secured gate. "
