"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Easy walk from the train, easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Complimentary Prosecco around the block. Rooms were extremely comfortable and updated. Building itself is historic and beautiful. Rooftop patio with 360 views of mountains and duomo for an evening glass of wine was a highlight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"It is a little confusing on how to get to the hotel since it is in restricted car area, but the hotel is conveniently located within a couple of blocks of the main shopping area. Parking is available at an extra charge. There is a great trail right above the hotel. The owners are there to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and served a wonderful breakfast.
