"The staffs are friendly, the place is clean and its feel likes the old Lisbon which makes sense since it’s still in operation for 140 years. Everything is in walking distance and I feel safe. I especially love that’s it close to the park that have the mineral water. "

"O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa e atendentes muito simpáticos, mas falta se organizarem para receber os hóspedes. No dia que chegamos não estavam preparados, sendo que reservamos com muita antecedência, não tinha opções de bebidas, a piscina aquecida não estava ligada, não tinha sobremesa. Acabou a força e estava molhada e tive que esperar 40 min até que me liberassem um quarto com gerador para tomar banho e eu morrendo de frio. Acho que lá tem tudo para dar certo, mas faltam alguns cuidados...

Nem precisa retirar o carro da garagem, já que o hotel está a alguns passos do calçadão , onde possui bons restaurantes, cafeterias e lojas . Também existe um supermercado na rua paralela ao hotel . "Não é no bem no centro da cidade, mas dá para ir andando até lá. Fica nos fundos do Parque das Águas. Não tem estacionamento, mas sempre tem vaga na rua.
