"We stayed two night in hotel overall. when we went first time there was no one at reception we saw note for self check. in we start doing it and system wasnt taking our canadia no we tried with swzerland and candian no then lady walk in after 10 min and she started staring at us no hello or hi we keep trying online then after few mint she asking what we need then we explain we are trying to check in and system is not taking our both contact that we tried then she said she can do, she wanted us to do online secheck-in only that was our first day check in experincing and she dont speak english at all we left hotel after one night it was nt bad second thing there was no air -conditioner in room and we kept the window open and it was very noisy after that and next morning we left the hotel And we booked the hotel 2 night again online as were getting it cheaper then first day and it was close to airport too and we went 9:30pm to check in as reception close at 10pm and lady was keep saying to us why we didnt do the self check as we had issues earlier so didnt tried and she was upset about it and she told us she is off at 10pm we should do check in online as she has other imp things to do then we explained her we are having a issues for self checking yesterday and she started changing the garbage left us strugling for elf checkin online and also she said she cant do check in in person as the tap machine is not working she can take cash only and we had no cash and luckly it worked"

"Spotless room, very kind staff, great location. The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. "Ich hatte grosse Probleme mit der Türoffnung sodass ich um 01.30 Uhr an die Reception musste um ein Karte zu verlangen. Nach dem dies erledigt war, musste ich feststellen, dass das Zimmer Arschkalt war, die Heizung nicht funktionierte und ein Fenster sich nicht schliessen konnte (Defekt). Also ging ich nochmals an die Reception um ein anderes Zimmer zu verlangen. Leider vergebens, denn es waren keine weiteren Zimmer verfügbar. Also habe ich einen kleinen Offen erhalten (Notlösung). Des Weiteren ging mitten in der Nacht der Alarm im Zimmer los (völlig unverständlich) also musste ich aufstehen, und versehen, wie sich das abstellt. Alles in allem eine Horrorerfahrung was noch Konsequenzen mit sich ziehen wird! Meine Frau hatte drei Wochen die Grippe und hat die ganze Nacht im Zimmer gefroren!!! Unzumutbar! "
