The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive in determining the applicable cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferred to the next working day. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
