The hotel was excellent value. The suite was very modern and well equipped. The included breakfast was very nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar to cool off after a warm day out and about. The tram outside the front door made getting to the centre of Montpellier very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

I would not recommend this hotel if you travel from the UK like me and my family. It's basically and full/half board French speaking resort that has decided to list rooms/apartments only with basics like being cleaned (and we stayed for 10 days). I was willing to pay or upgrade but the managment onsite were not helpful. When I challenged the cleaning issue, they said we are not a hotel, which wasn't a great response as the listing does not include any of these exceptions to a basic service. The pool is great, the restaurants are a buffet for the people who booked the package and you can opt to pay over the odds for the buffet, or go to a local restaurant for about the same amount. The entertainment looks great if you are French speaking. The apartments were scruffy and not well thought out, under the bunk beds there were piles of insects and we had to go out and buy cleaning equipment to keep it clean during our stay. The beds had blood stains on from a previous occupants and overall very disappointed.
