"The employee at the front desk was very nice. The location was quiet and right off the highway. The room was amazinggg! It was so clean and beautifully done. The bed was so comfortable as well. This was the cleanest nicest hotel ive stayed at in awhile! "

"It was not completely clean, the bathroom right inside the front door had a broken light, there were some peeling wallpaper, one of the cabinet doors in the kitchen wss broken, and the door to the back patio and the front door didn't lock."

"We planned a trip to San Antonio to visit family and friends and decided to try a rental using VRBO. When we arrived at the house we noticed broken blinds through the front window which did not make a great first impression. When we opened the front door I could immediately see the kitchen window had a horizontal crack, when I went up to photograph the damage I seen dried food stuck to the floor in front of the stove, my wife inspected the bathroom and bedrooms and witnessed stained linen along with live and dead bugs on the floor of the bedroom. I also noticed the furnace filter closet was partially open, when I opened it I seen dirt dust and hair around the filter, after inspection of the filter it was dirty and water soaked. This house was damaged and filthy and needs repair before ever being listed again. I immediately asked for a full refund of 803.50 however, I was only given a partial payment of 639.03. I asked both VRBO and the renter for a full refund but am being told by the renter that Is up to VRBO to refund the full amount and by VRBO it’s up to the renter to refund the full payment. Renter beware!"

"Overall the pictures are accurate BUT they are old pics of the place. Everything looks remodeled except the bathrooms. They could use a touchup and I did notify the host about it. The backyard is a lil overgrown but a good landscape will fix that. Everything works, it was clean. I could barely hear the train that others complained about. It didn't bother us. It is in an older neighborhood so some houses look rundown but that's not something I'd blame on the host. It is very close to Randolph AFB which was what we wanted. "
