"The house itself was beautiful, clean, and looked just like the photos. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable.When we first arrived, we had trouble getting in because some of the buttons on the front door keypad didn’t seem to work properly. The house is also very close to train tracks, and trains came through frequently, blowing their horns throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the neighbors had very bright outdoor lights that shined directly through the windows at night.The biggest concern was our interaction with the host. He came to the house while we were eating dinner and repeatedly knocked on the door until someone answered. He questioned us about having a dog, and after being told it was a service dog, he demanded to see paperwork, which made us feel very uncomfortable.As we were leaving, we also noticed a few live roaches inside the house.The home itself is beautiful, but between the keypad issues, constant train noise, bright lights from the neighboring property, the uncomfortable interaction with the host, and the roaches, we would not choose to stay here again."

"We had a great stay at this VRBO in Universal City! We stayed for 6 nights, and the house was exactly what our family needed. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provided plenty of space for everyone, with extra room to spare.One of the biggest highlights was the fully fenced backyard, which was perfect for our two dogs. It gave us peace of mind knowing they had a safe place to run around and play.The location was excellent—close to several major attractions, including Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Schlitterbahn, making it easy to enjoy day trips without spending a lot of time driving.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to families, especially those traveling with pets, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"We were looking for a place with character that our kids would really enjoy for our San Antonio vacation and this was perfect! Rooms are large so there is plenty of space for everyone. We loved having family game and movie night in the game space. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Lupita’s place was very clean. Communicating with the host was super easy and she replied fast and was very accommodating. Plenty of parking beside the home. The backyard was very spacious, plenty of space for the dogs to play around."

"Very cute house in nice location between Schlitterbahn and Six Flags. We enjoyed our stay using the full kitchen to prep meals. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. AC stopped working during our stay and the owner had HVAC company come fix the problem same day. Great communication with host! We enjoyed the nice movie room and the nice sound system. Garage code access made getting in and out convenient. Washer, dryer came in very useful. Overall nice stay!"
