Staff are very friendly and lovely. They have great parking - book in advance. Great location for central Pau. The hotel is very tired and you don’t need to look too hard in the corners to see dirt and grime.

Check-in was not good… my sons arrived at the hotel and for some reason they forgot their passport, but they had other Id documents with them and photo of their passport.
