"The hotel is good but the main desk was unmanned. We experienced difficulties on arrival and had to speak with someone via intercom who must have been at another location. We finally identified an envelope with my name on it and then struggled to gain access. Similarly, when leaving, we found the front desk unmanned."
"The hostess was a wonderful person and the historic hotel in historic centro Gijon had several great opportunities that we appreciated. My only negative comment is about the bed we slept in. It is very old and needs to be replaced."
"Very convenient location. Welcoming and helpful staff who can also speak English. The room was clean and spacious with great aircon. We were able to leave our bags with reception pre and post check-in for free which was really helpful as we arrived early and left late. Would definitely come back."
"Terrible. No communication from the hotel at all. We tried to reach them with something prior to the stay and they would not reply to us or to Expedia."
