Room was clean and a very nice size for a family of 4. I liked the kitchen, especially having a full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable, but, most of all, the room was quiet at night!! Would definitely stay there again!

The room was very spacious and clean. However, when we got the blankets down to make the pull out sofa, there were mouse droppings inside of them. Our entire third floor smelled like pot and fried food. We did make the employees aware and their response was ,” I know! I smelled that also and my supervisor isn’t doing anything.” The pool area was good and it is in a decent neighborhood as well.

Stayed 2 night while visiting Kings Island, a 7 min drive away. Close to restaurants and just off of I-71. My husband and I plus 3 teenage grandchildren found the room very comfortable. The bathroom layout really helped with our morning routine. Toilet and shower was closed off from the sink and vanity area. The 3 girls had plenty of mirror space for hair and makeup. Loved the big mirror. Check-in was fast and the clerk very friendly. Hotel was nice and quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

All was good until we realized that the carpet between the bed and window was soaking wet. Went to the front desk and they immediately took care of the problem. We ended up moving to another room. Otherwise things were good. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Would stay here again.
