We had a wonderful stay! The lady at the front desk was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and everything was just perfect. The location was also very convenient. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient breakfast, check- in was quick and easy, nice staff, and convenient location to Cincy Open. The bathroom was not very clean upon arrival and didn’t seem to get cleaner throughout the stay. There was hair everywhere when we arrived. I would stay here again, but will be hopeful for a cleaner bathroom.

Good location near the tennis center, but the room has much to be desired. The shower was moldy, had a used bar of soap, and all of the shampoo/conditioner containers on the shower wall were empty. The bed was comfortable but the bedding had stains. The breakfast and staff were very nice, but this was not up to our past experiences at a Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel was booked with a lot of traveling families doing sports conventions (including my own family). They accommodated us all extremely well! We checked in the evening of June 17 and were met with a very kind and welcoming staff member and the staff we encountered each morning at the breakfast station were very kind. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and my family was able to sleep well!

Unfortunately, I became ill on the morning I arrived in Mason. I asked the young man working at front desk if he could check me in early (before 3pm) he worked with staff to get my room ready by 1:30. He was very helpful.
