Plus - an outbuilding that’s a large game room with ping-pong, air hockey, a tiki lounge and bar that opens to patio with Café lights, fire pit and gas grill.
Fully fenced backyard and pet friendly!

Hardwood floors throughout, cozy family room with sectional sofa, electric fireplace and 65 inch smart TV.
Round table that seats six in dining room with picture window overlooking peaceful, large backyard.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and coffee pods provided.
Breakfast room with table for five overlooking back patio. Barn door leads to laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink.
Smart TVs in every bedroom. Primary bedroom with queen bed and en suite full bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, dresser, and ceiling fan. Bedroom three with two twin beds, a pack ‘n play, dresser, and ceiling fan.
Hall bathroom has bathtub/shower, double vanity, and linen closet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all trash, and food from the fridge, and put out in trash can by garage. Load dishwasher and can leave running.
Pile all used towels on bathroom floors. Strip beds and pile used linens on floor.
Lock back door and shed door. Return all keys to gold flamingo bowl and use key from lockbox (code 8080) to lock front door. Return that key to lockbox and jumble numbers before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Sleepy Tiki was a perfect home for a relaxing and fun stay in Mason! Clean, comfortable, well appointed and fully stocked for guests. The game room, firepit and fenced backyard were just a few favorites. I’d definitely recommend and will stay again!

We had an amazing stay at The Sleepy Tiki. The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. It was fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay. The game room and fire pit were nice added bonuses. Highly recommended home and we can’t wait to stay again!
