"This was not a good experience. Starting with the elevator, out of service and I am on the 5th floor. Get to my room at it was nothing like the picture. No sofa, no work desk, no counter in the bathroom. There was an office chair in the corner with no table or desk. The TV didn't connect to any stations. There were holes in the bedding and holes in the shower curtain. I was completely disappointed, as this hotel was not this poorly taken care of last year. I asked for a new room and was denied."

"The front desk was very welcome and helpful. Going up into the room, it was very clean. The room was very nice and spacious and I loved the closet! We had a good stay!"

"We stayed here with our daughter and her husband while in town for a wedding. It was a lovely home to stretch out and relax in as well as being super conveniently located for any shopping needed and travel to other venues in the area. Our host was quick to reply to a request and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of.Great spot to stay!"

"I felt the property left quite a bit to be desored but it served its purpose. It is a small property and a bit aged and beat up. The hot tub did not have a handle or lid stand, it haf been broken off. You go through a 3rd part for everything which I really didnt like, had to send pictures of credit card and license and weird stuff like that. Communication is almost too much and starts to feel intrusive. They rypically charge for an early check in but they did allow us to check in a half hour early with no charge. The place does not really have windows so its dark, small house. Again, served its purpose buy i would probably opt for a hotel given the cost. "
