"The check-in left me at the gate for 1.5 hours when the key code was not working. It took a while to reach someone on the contact numbers. On day 2 the key code for the main house was not working. It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. I was between the door and my car for 3.45 hours. The temperature was a cold 41 degrees This ruined what would have been a good stay."

"We really appreciated the quiet comfort offered by Jam, our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Having a record player and some tunes was a bonus. "Nice sized room and decent bathroom with lovely shower. Aircon very effective. Good location for Campahna Train station, also for local buses and the metro. The hotel is on a steep hill which was fine when not pulling suitcases. We found you had to walk for around 10 minutes to get to any local bars and restaurants. Once we found them, there was a good selection too. A good location away from the busyness of the historic centre. All walkable there but uphill coming back - however good public transport."
