"Apartment was clean, close to trails and town. Everything was easily walkable. View is amazing. Communication good. Lovely area and convenient parking.The cons - listing was not accurate we were in a different apartment than the description but similar to description so not a deal-breaker, description said towels and sheets included but there was an extra charge (we decided to bring our own). Also you could not control the temperature from the unit, we had to text the manager to get them to adjust the temperature. They were responsive but we did not want to disturb anyone late night so it was a bit awkward.Overall nice stay in a beautiful location. "

"The place is nice and convenient because it is in the centre of Macugnaga Staffa.The staircase to access it could be a little impractical for someone with small mobility problems being steep and narrow.the TV set is too small and badly placed.The main problem was the extras charged on arrival.If you pay for three nights then you cannot be charged for towels and sheets. Usually these things are included in the price.Tourist taxes are also very high. "
