Very hard bed with plastic mattress protector which was very hot and noisy with every movement, aircon not working, bathroom extraction not working. Room clean and large.

Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful.

We had a lake view room which was comfortable, if small and ‘tired’.
Although this may well have been a palace at one point, the hotel is now long past its prime. Breakfast was fine. Would not recommend nor would I stay here again.

"On arrival, we got the room on the top floor, however, they were prepared to change it to another, more spacious room of the same quality on the second floor. Thanks again. "Wrong time of the year but the location was amazing. The service from the reception was amazing as they took in conceded you as a individual who is new to hiking and they advise you what you could easily achieve. Will come back again in the future"
