The entrance was difficult to find since the address on Expedia doesn’t line up with the actual building number. Our room was expected, but I think it bothered me the mold under the edge of the under mounted tub, as long with the shower head cap that was completely loose from the wall. And the bathroom fan either was broke or not there, so the bathroom had a bit of a moisture smell that was a bit off. Cintolese Hotel Deals
"The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the pool was limited but decent and the breakfast was good."
"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, so we were moved to another room. That one has an ant infestation. The next room we were given smelled like smokers. The only room left was clean but the a/c didn’t not blow cold air at all. Could not sleep because of temperature. Staff at desk was trying to be helpful."
"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."
"Love it. This is my 2nd time here and I had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the room. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel."
