Breakfast was great. Our room was a little small but okay. Close to Mercato Centrale and Piazza del Duomo. Lots of great places to eat. Special mention to Trattoria Palle d’oro.

Clean, good location, free breakfast was good. Room was basic with no storage. Shower was small, dark and had no curtain or door, WiFi rarely worked.

We spent one night in Florence and found this superb hotel. Located a 5 min walk from the train and right in the centre of the Piazza Novalla. The hotel felt very grand, with the room made for royalty. This was a treat for our trip. The hotel bar was a great place to grab drinks and relax. Restaurants are just a stones throw away. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our Florence Base: A Charming Boutique HotelWe used Florence as our primary hub, staying in a lovely boutique hotel situated a convenient ten-minute walk from the city center. The property directly overlooked a peaceful park, providing a nice escape from the crowds.The Room: Located on the ground floor, our room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. Housekeeping serviced the room daily, and we highly appreciated the amenities, which included a kettle, a coffee machine, and an exceptionally high-quality hairdryer. The only minor drawback to the ground-floor location was occasional late-night traffic noise.Breakfast & Service: The morning breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the staff members throughout the hotel were incredibly warm and accommodating.
