In the district of Aregai 2.5 km from the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 8 km from the centre of Imperia, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, 500 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, well-kept terraced garden, 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage at the house. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia" 7 km, sandy beach "Santo Stefano al Mare" 2.4 km pebble beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km.
