"We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling!
5☆ hotel in my book! 🤗"
"Convenient location. But the shuttle only runs once an hour. The room felt very unclean. The carpet was darn right gross. Breakfast was horrible. The room at night was super bright. Made it hard to sleep the lights outside of the room blasted into the room and the curtains did practically nothing. But on the positive side, the bed was super comfortable."
