"Solid option for a more budget-friendly hotel close to the Disney parks. Cooked breakfast options were not great and the restaurant felt very much like a canteen in the morning. Rooms require more sound proofing with kids running around, however the beds are extremely comfortable and the decor is tasteful whilst still being magical for children. Great that the busses run so regularly throughout the day. Parking should not be charged. There are other ways to make sure only guests are parking with number plate recognition. This was expensive when staying for 4 nights."

"A very nice and clean hotel with good facilities. The only comment is that the staff are a bit disorganized and seem to be all over the place. We left our luggage with them and upon collection, they wanted to give us an extra bag that belonged to someone else and my husband's bag was open but luckily nothing was taken. Just a note to be careful with the luggage."

"The property was far better than I imagined, it was huge, beautiful inside and the outside space was so peaceful! There was just one of the cupboards that was not cleaned properly, other than that it was spotless! It’s unfortunate that the communication is so poor, they speak barely any English, which is absolutely no issue, as my French isn’t great either, but when you work in hospitality, and where most of their visitors speak English it’s very difficult at times to communicate. We left our booster seat on the site transport, I spoke to a lovely lady on reception who gave me an email, no response, I asked on the bus, they didn’t understand me, we found it ourselves on the last day in the luggage store. On my day of arrival after an horrific journey to get there, I still had no idea where my Disney tickets were, the stress this caused, Expedia at first said I had no tickets attached to my booking, I had to send email evidence, they then said it was the park that organised. I had been emailing the park days leading up to the holiday to confirm where my tickets were, again no reply, Expedia just kept sending a generic email, which wasn’t helpful. In the end Expedia found a reference number for me to take to the parks main reception, the tickets were waiting in an envelope, that simple, but no communication. Free entry to the water park was incl, you just show your wristbands, all that added upset was so unnecessary. We then had to rearrange our days to accommodate the mix up"
