An ideal stay for the family. So many facilities/activities to choose from with very friendly staff. Only issue was the property itself was dated and not as clean as it could be with most sinks clogging with just a quick run of the tap.

Table wasn't clean in dining room. Gap in front door. Couldn't get through to maintenance or reception easily at all. Leaking hot tub bath. Blocked sink. Hard mattress in double room. No air con. Didn't like paying extras for activities. Should be included in high prices we paid. Beautiful location and helpful bus drivers. Buses should be more regularly. My son loved the lake and wildlife. Pool was good. Couldn't access cafe without wearing a swim suit even though I wasn't swimming!!!

Would highly recommend centreparcs if planning on visiting Disneyland Paris. It was less than a 10min drive. We stayed in a 2 bedroom VIP cottage which was a similar price to the hotels around Disney and meant we had plenty of space and a kitchen / dining area. Will be visiting again for sure!

We travelled with our two young children and had a fantastic stay at Centre Parcs. There was plenty to do for all ages, from the swimming paradise and playgrounds to the various family activities around the park. The accommodation was comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and everything was well maintained. The children were entertained throughout the holiday, making it a relaxing break for us too. We would definitely recommend Centre Parcs to families looking for a fun and stress-free getaway and look forward to visiting again.

All really good. The children loved the pool area and all the slides. The gardens were great too as was the indoor play area/farm. Only downsides were there there weren’t many places to eat in the evenings (long queues for the only real option that was open) and we only had 2 bowls in the room (for 4 of us) for the whole stay, despite asking for more. Still, overall we were happy.

The setting of our lodge (5103) was stunning and the pools were a lot of fun. Overall the park felt a little tired in places, particularly the VIP lodge that needed a decent clean and fix (broken locks, awful pillows, poor touch ups and a general smell of drains/something rotting). With that said it was still an enjoyable holiday, even in the extreme 32 degree heat

Good resort with a good selection of food and activities. Biggest draw back was despite booking a new lodge the bed and sofa were beyond uncomfortable - more style over substance. For us to stay again the accommodation would need to improve to truly cater for a family for a week

Family friendly, big rooms we had the 3 bedroom apartment, fantastic swimming pools, crazy golf, bike riders, and the tree top adventure is one of the best I’ve seen, and a lot more I could mention, great bus service to the town and Disneyland, fantastic shopping centre in town massive supermarket in the shopping centre, if you want to use the taxis, beware of people at the taxi rank trying to get you to pay 40 euros to get to site when you can book a uber for around 14 euros, we went on the Euro Star to Lille and Lille to Disneyland where we took a taxi to site we found that easier that going to Paris.

Site and activities as always, really great. Shame the lodge wasn’t anywhere near to the standard we’ve had it on our past few visits. This was our 3rd time staying at this CP. such a great place to stay if going to Disney and when looking for family activities. I can’t rate it enough for that. We’ve always stayed the last week of Nov into Dec, but decided to give summer a go. Sadly the lodge we had on this occasion was not to standard and considering the cost to stay for 4 nights 5 days, you’d expect more. We tried a few times to call reception, but out phone was either broken or they couldn’t pick up. As we wanted to enjoy the stay we just carried on and dealt with any issues ourselves. (Meaning we bought cleaning products and chose not to use the decking due to it being left uncleaned or maintained). Highly suggest cleaning all pans prior to cooking, even if they look clean and testing the smoke alarm once you arrive. Also, if you intend to use the sofa bed, check to make sure the under framed section has been cleaned prior, as not sure this is checked by cleaning staff sadly. We were also asked to place all bedding into a laundry bag, but not left any bags to be able to do this. Few other things, but much smaller and over shadowed by how great C.P activities and site are for families. I know next time to book my lodge near the main entrance / exit, as these are the newer lodges more recently built.

Check in was smooth and fast. Clean except for lots of ants, safe was already locked, the barrier to get to the bus never worked on the pushchair/wheelchair door so during unmanned hours this was incredibly difficult and one night people were passing pushchairs over the top and holding doors open. The accommodation had no bed linen but this wasn’t described in the description. Pool was great one day but the following day a lot was closed which was a shame. Shop on day one was clearer empty but restocked throughout the weekend. Buses to DLP were really easy and simple. Made it easy to get there and back. Overall it was ok, was what we needed for a flying visit but should’ve been better.

Great location for Disneyland Paris (10min drive), great family facilities and price. Lots to do on site, shop and restaurants too. Apartment was clean but there was an odd smell coming from one of the bathrooms.
