The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there.

There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. Breakfast menu was limited but fresh. Our room was very very small, found it difficult to use and there were no power points or USB ports. They definitely need to i.prove but for the money I paid in comparison to all other extremely costly place, I am still giving high ratings.
