"Hotel and hotel staff were friendly and accounting however unfortunately the valet they were partnered with caused damage to the vehicle we were in. Both the hotel and valet had bad communication with each other and could not find a resolution to the problem. Which unfortunately caused me to have to rate the experience a 3/5. "The rooms are nice and spacious, recently renovate at least our rooms. However the are big issues with the noise levels inside the hotel and we had a very bad experience with Guests a couple of doors down from a our room that started to shout and fight during the night and the staff / security didn’t address that. Several rooms call the lobby to deal with the situation but the hotel didn’t resolve it or call police. It was pretty scary that at 2 am in the morning. This happens in a hotel. response from the hotel staff "
