"This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . "Really great place to stay. Immaculate, nice kitchen set up, clean bathroom, hot water shower, very comfortable bedding, balcony, even have Pluto tv logged in for you to enjoy. We arrived after reception hours to a very easy self check-in. Received incidental refund the same day as check out. Great stay!"
