"This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful."

"The appartment is spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a 20 - 25 min walk to the San Telmo Fair. However close to many convenient shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice. We would go back. "

The atmosphere of the hotel radiats a cosy feeling with a feel at home mentality.The owner is multi languaged which lifts up multi cultural barriers. "This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . Thus, I suggest to delete...
