"I highly recommend this hotel. Every time we walked up, the valet men and greeters were so friendly. They had smiles on their faces. They opened the doors for us, lifted our suitcases. They could not have been nicer. They welcomed us with open arms. Then the lady in the restaurant on site where we ate breakfast on Saturday was so kind and helpful. The most amazing person was Becky, the concierge. She helped us plan dinners and tours and went over and above to help us. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it to anybody that is travellng to Savannah. "

"We arrived after a very long drive my husband I'm packed the car the valet took the car to go in and find out that they didn't have our room. They blamed Expedia because I booked through you but I got confirmations from them also they said the room was not guaranteed after 4:00 however their policy is that check-in is at 4:00. They did move us to another Holiday inn which was okay but the next day their water main broke and we had no water for about 10 hours"

"Room was Very outdated and tired. Beds were old, uncomfortable and noisy. Bathroom was not the cleanest. The toilet was tricky to flush. Shower would run hot and then cold. One day it was all cold. Other guests were very disruptive and were partying and screaming in the hallways until 4 am. Even the front desk made a joke about all the noise all night long. Based on the price and the luxury label, our stay was a huge disappointment."

"Great hotel within 20 minutes walking distance to the River. Clean. Staff are excellent. We had a slight issue with the toilet which was fixed within 10 minutes. We did not avail of the restaurant. We chose a coffee shop which was a 5 minute walk away for breakfast. The only issue: the Valet parking was ridiculously expensive. We will stay here again but will use the parking garage right across the street."

"Couldn’t eat breakfast there becuase it wasn’t safe for celiac. Being charged an extra 30$ a night without knowing in advance was disturbing. Didn’t use any of the extra that were included in the 30$. Having a fee for paying the parking fee that was already ridiculous was absurd!!"
