"Arrived for a late check-in and had to use the kiosk at Red Roof Inn. Guy on other side checked us in, but couldn’t be bothered to mention the room was at a different property, so after walking around for 10 mins at 1.30am, I had to go back and he promptly printed a map (which he could’ve done earlier…) Room was super hot. Air conditioning was noisy. Bed was hard and had crunchy stuff in it… the sheets were blood stained and not sure if it was from bed bug bites or a prior occupant. Shower had no hot water which for a >$300 room is not ok. So many stupid lights in the room I barely slept. Couldn’t wait to leave the next morning. Honestly expected something better for the money. Won’t be going back"
