"The front desk female was rude, not elevators, there was a fresh paint outside with not warning, we stained our clothes, very bad design rooms, bad beds, rundown rooms. Definitely will not make a reservation again at this hotel."

"Had the unfortunate experience that only our room did not have internet service in the TV, not the biggest of issue but 3 trips over two days for them to finally lets us know. Also please note you must let staff know via the “do not disturb” sign, whether you want your bed done or clean towels, this was not communicated. Bar service for the beach doesn’t start until after 1pm. The staff is great without a doubt, the pools areas are beautiful, having beach access and palapas was great, food is good, but these little details left us disappointed."
