"This was our favorite stay in Spain! Great location with a convenient walk to the metro making public transport easily accessible. Our room was pristine and a good size for the two of us and we even had a balcony. Ivan at the front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful especially after canceled trains and allowing us to stay and store our bags while we figured it out. Would definitely stay again. "The hotel is in a great location for dining, shopping and sightseeing. It was our 3rd time staying there. The hotel is old and could do with being updated. The furniture is old and out dated and there is no fridge in the rooms. It’s also expensive compared to other cities we stayed in on our 30 day trip through Spain. It’s the location that draws us back. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We got a room city view with a balcony, it was a bit noisy at night and the balcony was just shutters you could open up and look out onto the street. It was worth the extra money as the room was spacious. Our friends had a standard room with twin beds with a horrible view and the room was tiny. We would suggest paying a bit more for a larger room. Overall, a good stay in a great location."
