"The reception staff were very friendly and so was the maintenance man. The hotel was beautiful. However, the housekeeping staff were not friendly and did a terrible job making up the room. "Conveniently located to main attractions in Barcelona and metro stations. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and helpful! Hotel is very clean. "I liked that were close literally on everything which made it easier for us to go everywhere. We had a balcony and near a supermarket(small shop) thats next to the hotel but i wish a small kettle wouldn’t hurt to add on. "We stayed there for two nights before a cruise and a day after. Basic European room but comfortable and modern. Close to the cruise port, Ramblas, Gothis area and we walked to the 1992 Olympic site.
