"Hotels.com rated this property a 4-star. In my opinion, it is not even 2-star. The hotel is old and in need of major renovation. The tiles are cracked and the furniture is dilapidated. Not one box of tissue in the room, not enough towels and when asked for additional pillows (because the existing pillows were flat), ran into some resistance by the management. The breakfast "buffet" was meager; not worth the extra charge. I rate this property 1.5-2.0 star!"
