"When we arrived at 11:15 the person checking us in said I have good news and bad news. We have quite a few rooms ready, but if you want to check in now you have to pay $120. In all my years as an avid traveler I have never been asked to pay when my room is available. It has always been considered good customer service to maybe provide a customer perk that brings a customer back to your hotel. We had been traveling with 2 small children and I can tell you I will not be retuning to this hotel in the future. To add insult to injury I am a Hilton member."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Good location. There was confusion with the breakfast buffet and who could have access to it, so that was confusing. Both hotels should have access to the buffet."
