"Gorgeous hotel, but the parking situation was a huge drawback since there was no one directing valet traffic, causing us to waste 20min in a non-moving car line with other hotel guests. After walking down the street towards the only valet person visible, he very dismissively said that guests can self-park in the garage vs using valet. This was very frustrating to say the least but I cannot blame the valet guy for this; particularly, if he’s the only attendant assigned to valet parking during pre-check-in rush! Save yourselves some time & frustration and just ignore the “valet sign” and park yourself in the garage!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had at least brief encounters with desk staff, manager, house keeping, maintenance, bar/restaurant, and security. Everyone was extremely friendly. However my room was not ready when I arrived but I did arrive early. When I came back several hours later after check in time my room was still not ready. After about another hour I was able to get in my room. They did hold my luggage for me and compensate me with a small bag of treats. This minor set back did cause me to miss a schedule event though. All in all a good place to stay in a nice area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance"
