Séjour très bof

Une chambre manquait lors de notre réservation. Chambre avec un froid de canard, petit radiateur électrique et un a bain d’huile. On était gelé. Le sol gelé, la porte fermait mal et en prime coupure de courant à 9h le lendemain.

Très bon hôtel très bien situé

Très bon hôtel très bien situé. J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel situé tout juste à côté de Jonzac. Les chambres sont grandes et bénéficient de tout le confort: literie agréable, petite terrasse très bien ombragée, SDB avec baignoire. Très silencieux, absolument pas dérangé par le bruit des voisins de chambre ou des voitures. Le petit déjeuner est très bon même s’il mériterait d’être un petit plus copieux: viennoiserie, pain, boisson chaude. Le restaurant appartenant à l’hôtel est très bien aussi avec une jolie terrasse ombragée. Les plats faits par le chef de cuisine sont delicieux pour des prix très raisonnables. Tout est fait maison et les plats sont très variés: poisson, canard, viande… les entrées et les desserts sont aussi délicieux. Bravo continuez ainsi. Si je dois revenir dans le coin je reviendrai chez vous c’est sur. Le personnel est aussi très agréable et à l’écoute prêt à aider et à donner des conseils.

La pré-réservation etait indiqué moins cher que sur place , donc attention au prix. Pour 60 euros . Pas de wifi. Pas de protège matelas, calcaire partout dans la Salle de bain ,Les joins sont noirs . Les arraignees et les toiles d.arraignees vous souhaitent une bonne nuit . On peut prendre le petit dejeuné et mangé sur place .

Lors de notre arrivé, l'accueil fut plutôt froid.. Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger... On nous accompagné jusque notre chambre de manière très sommaire: clef dans la serrure, porte ouverte, puis après nous avoir demandé si l'on souhaitait petit déjeuner, j'ai été gratifié d'un "bon séjour" Lors de notre entrée dans la chambre, le froid nous a assailli, 10°, un pauvre petit radiateur électrique ne nous a permis de gagner 4° dans la nuit... Dans les toilettes, la bouche de la vmc était au sol, les poussières du conduit ouvert maculaient le sanitaire et une grosse araignée occupait l'espace

We booked this hotel mainly because it had an evening reception and a restaurant as we were arriving on a Saturday evening. The Expedia website stated that 'The front desk is open daily from 5 PM - 11 PM' and 'This hotel features a casino, a restaurant and a bar/lounge.' However, when we arrived at about 6.30pm we found the hotel locked and deserted! We eventually contacted the hotel by phone at 7.00pm and were told that the hotel was closed and that the restaurant was not open! We were then told finally that we had been allocated Room 8 and that the key was in the door! We spent about 20 minutes finding the room! The room was very basic and having spent a lot of time in hotels we considered it to be maybe a 1 star or a budget not the 3 stars listed on the Expedia site - not worth the €75.00 charged. (The bedside lights were industrial bulkhead lights with no adjustment either in position or light strength!) The final insult was that when we checked out the hotel had added a breakfast charge which we had neither booked nor eaten. Suffice to say we would NEVER use this hotel again, recommend it to friends/family and would recommend caution to others considering this hotel.

Bonjour, excellent sejour dans votre hotel au calme pour se ressourcer , personnel super . Chambre super propre , surper sympa avec la petite terrasse . Restaurant super bon , les petit bemol petit dej manque un peut de salé , et apres sur les extérieurs un peut d entretin sur les espaces vert côté terrasse tout serai impecable .

soirée étape au Vieux logis de Clam agréable

Accueil très agréable, chambre (dans bâtiment à part) spacieuse avec terrasse agréable mais difficile à chauffer et une des baies vitrées impossible à verrouiller (en rdc...), personnel très serviable (petit déjeuner servi avant l'heure alors que je n'avais pas prévenu), dîner excellent
